The most current version is for Windows 7 or greater and will not work with Windows XP computers.
For a Windows XP computer, use version 2.4.2.

If you experience an error while running the Auto Updater setup, you may need to install the standalone .NET framework first.
The current .NET framework version is 4.6.2.

2.6.1 Fixed an issue in which the Verifone MX870 device was unresponsive.
2.6.3.5 Fixed an issue with Hardware Services Manager to ensure that a file can close properly.
2.6.4 Fixed an issue with Background Checkin involving barcodes that include unaccepted characters. Hardware Services will now resolve barcodes that include unaccepted characters in the same way as DataTrak.
2.7.1 Can now communicate with the WebSocket protocol for hardware services browser integration for a future DataTrak release, while remaining backwards compatible with the ActiveX protocol.

  • Fingerprint reader support in Windows 11 and improved performance.
    Prints will not need to be re-registered unless your club was one of the selected locations to receive the 3.1.1 version of the test SDK. In that case, you will be required to re-register the fingerprints when transitioning from 3.1.1 to 3.1.2.
  • Log4net library update from 2.0.8.0 to 2.0.17.0 (vulnerability fix).
  • Enabled monitoring of previously used COM port to ensure Hardware Services maintains the connection. When the user disconnects and reconnects the device, the previously used COM port will rebind.
  • New kiosk printer module for MFEE support on Chrome and Edge over WebSockets.
    (Currently supports printing in Internet Explorer only over ActiveX). Update to prevent unnecessary paper feeds. The printed receipt will be cut by the kiosk to avoid having to rip out the receipt.
