Mobile Reporting

Before you can use CRS Mobile Reporting interfaces, you should add reports to your Mobile Favorites through the full CRS application.

After you add the reports to your Mobile Favorites, you may run them from a device that meets mobile reporting requirements, for example, your device should have an internet connection, a compatible web browser, and be configured with apps to display special file formats, such as Excel or PDF.

Any format you request in Mobile Favorites requires a suitable viewer be present on your device or computer. For example, if you select an Excel-formatted report, ensure that you have an app or program that can open the file.
