Active Reports

One of the reporting formats offered by CRS is the Active Report. (For information about other formats, see Report Formats.)

With Active Reports, you can interact with your data using options similar to those in applications such as Excel. Active Reports offer powerful and versatile features without requiring you to use extra software—just use the same browser you use to login to CRS.

The performance of Active Reports may vary across browsers due to configuration options and browser-specific memory limitations.

Here are just a few of the things you can do with an Active Report.

• Navigate through data:

• Choose how many rows to show per page.
• Work with Columns.
• Sort report rows.
• Hide columns of data.
• Freeze and unfreeze columns.

• Apply rule-based highlighting and filters:

• Highlight specific rows.
• Filter (hide) rows.

• Interact with your data:

• Chart.
• Perform calculations.

• Collaborate with others:

• Include your own comments.
• Save copies to your computer.
• Email your report with any changes or comments.
