Inventory Reporting

There are default reports that list details about inventory. You can use and customize these reports, or you can create a new inventory report.

Each created report belongs to a subcategory of the Inventory category. These subcategories include the following:

Inventory

Inventory List
Quantity On-hand and Re-order Levels
Service List
Stockable Inventory

Products by Group Products by Group
Restock Inventory Stock Activity
Vendors -

 

To use an existing inventory report:

  1. Open the Main Menu.
  2. In the Reports submenu, select Manage.
  3. Change the Category to Inventory.
  4. Select one of the following SubCategories:
    • Catalog Data: These reports display details about catalog items in the club inventory.
    • Inventory: These reports display details about products and services sold at the club.
    • Products by Group: These reports categorize products sold at the club by product group.
    • Restock Inventory: These reports show details about quantity level changes for inventory items.
    • Vendors: These reports display contact information for the club's vendors.

    Not all of these subcategories may have a default report. You can still create a report within each subcategory. See Create a Custom Report.

  5. Click Search.
  6. Click the name of the report.
  7. Set the Runtime Filters, if any exist.
  8. Click Run Report.
    This report will appear in the All Pending Reports section of the Manage Report Queue page. When the report is ready, it will move to the top of the Completed Reports list.
    If the report name is in bold and underlined, it contains data. Otherwise, there is no data to provide on this report.
  9. Click the name of the report at the top of the Completed Reports list.
    The report will download and open as a PDF document.
