About Recurring Services
With recurring services you can perform a one-time setup to sell regularly-occurring services to members with Club Account privileges. Recurring services can be used just like any other service purchased through Club Account. Payments can be made at the club or set up to have ABC draft the member’s account. The services become available as soon as the recurring service transaction has been processed.
There are six types of recurring services:
- Custom Interval – the member is billed for a varied quantity of services at set intervals. You can set the service amounts and costs to be different on each invoice. This recurring service type can be frozen at the member's request.
- Deferred Billing – the member receives all services up front and pays for them over time. This is just like POS on Club Account except that you have an agreement.
- Fixed Interval – the member is billed for a fixed quantity of services at set intervals. This recurring service type can be frozen at the member's request.
- Open Monthly – the member is billed for recurring services on a monthly basis, but the reorder level may vary depending on usage.
- Open Package – the member is billed for recurring services as soon as the reorder level is reached.
- Paid in Full – the member pays for all services up front.
