What's New in DataTrak?

Manage Occupancy

To assist you in adapting to government and corporate mandates and guidelines, we added the ability to manage current capacity (occupancy) within the facility. Now you can set a maximum capacity and then view and manage the number of members checked in. You can now also check out a member! Learn more here.

Online Cancellation

You can now allow eligible members to pay immediately to cancel their agreements through MYiCLUBonline. Learn more here.

Club Number Expansion

The DataTrak interface was updated as follows.

  • Club numbers were increased to 5 digits and agreement numbers were increased to 10 digits to include a leading zero if necessary.

  • Wherever manual entry of an agreement number is required, a 10-digit agreement number must be entered including leading zeros if necessary.

  • Wherever manual entry of a club number is required, a 5-digit number must be entered including leading zeros if necessary.

  • When creating a DataTrak desktop shortcut, you must enter a 5-digit club number.

  • Reports will be updated to allow 5-digit club numbers.
