Dashboard Reporting
The reporting module contains the category Dashboard, which contains 22 subcategories. None of these subcategories contains system default reports, but reports can be created in the Dashboard subcategories listed below:
To use an existing Dashboard report:
- Open the Main Menu.
- In the Reports submenu, select Manage.
- Change the Category to Dashboard.
- Select one of the following SubCategories:
- Agreements: Displays information about electronic agreements.
- Check In Alerts: Displays information about member check ins that have alerts.
- Check Ins: Displays details about member check ins.
- Employee Schedules: Lists details about employees scheduled to lead events at the club.
- Employees on Clock: Displays information for employees who are currently on the club at the selected club.
- Event Commission Overrides: Displays cases in which the default commissions for events have been altered.
- Event Commissions: Shows information about commissions for events.
- Event Counts: Categorizes a list of events by the event status.
- Event Opportunities: Shows events by their opportunity level and uses remaining.
- Event Sales
- Event Service Balance: Displays the members who have attended an event and the remaining uses for each member.
- POS Club Account: Shows details about club account transactions.
- POS Exceptions: Shows irregular POS transactions in order to prevent fraud.
- POS Income: Lists specific details about income transactions.
- POS Sales: Shows details about sales transactions.
- Problem Events: Lists events that are lacking information or are overbooked or unfunded.
- Prospects: Displays information about new prospects such as lead priority, campaign, and sales person.
- Recurring Service Summary: Displays details about recurring service agreements such as billed and collected amounts.
- Reorder Levels: Lists inventory items that need to be reordered.
- Sales Commission Overrides: Displays cases in which the default commissions for sales have been altered.
- Sales Commissions
- Top 10 Sales: Displays information about the items that produce the highest sales or have been sold in the greatest quantity for the selected time period.
Not all of these subcategories may have a default report. You can still create a report within each subcategory. See Create a Custom Report.
- Click Search.
- Click the name of the report.
- Set the Runtime Filters, if any exist.
- Click Run Report.
This report will appear in the All Pending Reports section of the Manage Report Queue page. When the report is ready, it will move to the top of the Completed Reports list.
If the report name is in bold and underlined, it contains data. Otherwise, there is no data to provide on this report. - Click the name of the report at the top of the Completed Reports list.
The report will download and open as a PDF document.
